The product is a speacially formulated PCM for -16C segment, the pack being made of hydrated Phenolic Foam Brick packs, encapsulated in LDPE food grade pouches and is nontoxic. As the product is a pasive coolant, it needs  conditioning / freezing at  temperatures below - 18 C and for 24 hours, without interruption, if required create dedicated space/ freezer to ensure uniformity in cooling temperature without fluctuations. Phase change point : -16 C

Made from Phenolic Foam,are the Hydrated foam bricks of  specification : 180x100x30 (mm) , weight 400 gm +_ 7%  and 95x95x42 (mm) ,  These are extensively used for the 2-8 degree C segment. These are products are superior to gel ice packs and will not change shape on freezing.  Ideal for Pharmaceutical packages or applications where longevity in transit and tight pack out tolerances are essential. These products consist of an absorbent rigid open cell foam, features a consistent, uniform structure and shape and with a nontoxic, non-caustic composition. A key factor also is that these products  will not leak fluid when compromised
